You want to change the account owner.

Details

At this time, this can only be done by support. Please ensure you include the following:

1. Who you want the new account owner to be
2. Who the current account owner is
3. Please ensure the email is sent from the Account Owner.
   • If the account owner is not able to send the email, please provide this information.

What happens if we don’t change the account owner?

You will not be able to remove the current account owner user from the account.
